Cannot upgrade emlidtool & arducoper to v3.5.5

Where a couple of days ago this was working fine…!

I’m also getting the following whenever I try to upgrade 'emlidtool’
Successfully uninstalled emlidtool-1.0.0
Unpacking emlidtool (1.0.4-1) over (1.0.0-1) …
Cannot uninstall requirement emlidtool, not installed

Can someone help?
