Reinstalled a new image from the Stretch default image and did

sudo raspi-config --expand-rootfs
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

and emlidtool no longer works, and I noticed that during the dist-upgrade a few errors appeared related to emlidtool
