Navio2 Altitude Oscillation

All sensors have been calibrated, batteries are full, and ESCs are calibrated, GPS with +10 SATS and HDOP 0.8, and it was flying pretty much good with no major issues. I just add that the weather was kind of windy but the drone was able to take off and maintain a stable flight for some time.

I attach three log files

I noticed that I am receiving this warning on the ground station (also shown in the log files)
EKF2 IMU0 ground mag anomaly

It was not coming before, but I do not know what is the reason of this warning and whether this is the reason for this altitude oscillation.

Could it be a power issue? Weather issue? sensor issue?
I am a bit lost in this matter.
